KIC-NET

Earth Force will develop Outdoor Classrooms that reach 750 youth in stewardship of the South Platte River. The classrooms use Denver Parks and Recreation facilities with water resources. The program builds stewardship skills of participating youth while deepening community investment in watershed protection. The program is being branded as “KIC-NET,” for Keep It Clean – Neighborhood Environmental Trios, to better capture the interagency partnerships and triangular educational designs (with science content, Earth Force Process for civic action, and student-led service-learning projects interlinked at each site).
